So the past few days have been pretty busy. First, we’ve put up a couple of polls on our YouTube channel asking folks about some video preferences. We are using your feedback to bring you content the way you prefer.

Since our last posting, we’ve released 1 trackside video, 3 livestream compilation videos, a short, and 12 full livestreams. We have another trackside video set to premiere tomorrow morning, Monday. June 16 at 8am. We’ll be online to chat with folks or just to share the experience. 

Right now, due to the number of trains per livestream, we have enough content to make 2 – 3 videos per day.  So we actually have some catching up to do here. We’ve decided that on days where there is a lot of rain on the camera, unless something really special is happening, we will most likely not include those trains in the compilation.

The twice a day live stream swap seems to be going well – unless, of course, a train decides to come by during swap time. The time for swap seems to be running closer to taking the old stream down at 7:44am/pm and coming back up with the new one around 7:45am/pm. Of course, we give folks a heads up in the chat channel to let them know when the stream will be going down.

A special shout out to Steven Myers, local Huron history buff and Vice President of the Huron Historical Society. Steven has been acting as our great local guide in YouTube (YT) live chat and has sent us some stuff to be used in our channel descriptions and website.
